What we commit to on briefing delivery
Quorum commits to briefings arriving before the meeting, rather than to an uptime percentage, and explains why.

Our service level commitment
Most software service levels measure whether a website was reachable. That is the wrong measure for Quorum, because Quorum is not something you sit in front of. It prepares briefings ahead of a meeting, and the moment that matters is whether the briefing was ready when the meeting started.
The commitment
In each calendar month, at least 99% of eligible briefings will be ready before the start of their meeting.
What eligible means
Briefings take time to generate, so a meeting created minutes before it starts cannot have briefings ready for it. Every meeting therefore has a Preparation Deadline: its start time, less an upper estimate of how long its briefings will take. That estimate comes from the number of attendees and how long comparable briefings have recently taken.
A briefing is covered where, by that deadline, the meeting was in a connected calendar, the attendee was on it, the documents it needs were connected and approved, and the subscription was active.
The test is whether we had the time, not whether the meeting was missed. Adding attendees late lengthens the work and moves the deadline, because each attendee is a separate briefing.
What happens when we miss
A missed briefing is not billed and does not count against your monthly allowance, so it cannot push you into overage. You do not have to claim it and there is no time limit; it is applied when the invoice is prepared.
If we fall below 95% in any month, you may terminate the affected subscription immediately and we refund the remainder of its term.
If our own suppliers fail and a briefing misses its meeting as a result, the commitment still applies. We chose those providers.
Availability
We monitor availability continuously and publish what we measure, but the agreement does not commit to an availability figure and no credits attach to it. If your organisation needs a contractual availability commitment, we will agree one in your order form.
