Our legal documents

Four documents govern Quorum. All of them are published, and each one answers a different question.

| Document | What it covers | Where | |---|---|---| | Terms of Service | The agreement between Quorum and the organisation that subscribes | quorumtech.ch/terms-and-conditions | | Privacy Policy | What personal data we process, why, and who it is shared with | quorumtech.ch/privacy-policy | | Service Level Agreement | What we commit to on briefing delivery, and what happens if we miss | quorumtech.ch/legal/sla | | Data Processing Addendum | The processor terms that apply when we handle personal data for you | quorumtech.ch/legal/dpa |

They are all reachable from quorumtech.ch/legal and from the footer of every page.

Which one do you need

  • Doing a security review or filling in a vendor questionnaire? Start with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. Between them they name every subprocessor, where each one processes data, and the safeguard behind every international transfer.
  • Checking what you are agreeing to before subscribing? The Terms of Service. Clause 9 covers fees, renewal and refunds.
  • Asking what happens when something goes wrong? The Service Level Agreement.
  • Need a signed Data Processing Addendum? You already have one. It forms part of the Terms of Service and binds automatically when the Terms are accepted, so there is nothing to countersign.

Quorum is for business use

The Services are offered to organisations rather than to consumers, and the Terms say so. Quorum Technologies GmbH is registered in Switzerland under CHE-196.262.518, at Heumattstrasse 18, 8906 Bonstetten.
