Sharing an episode

You can share a briefing episode with a listen link, and you decide who can open it and for how long.

Create a listen link

  1. Open the meeting and find the completed episode
  2. Click Share listen link to open the Share episode dialog
  3. Under Who can listen, pick Members of your workspace (any signed-in member with the link) or Public (anyone with the link)
  4. Choose how long the link lives under Link expires: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or Never. Members links default to Never and public links default to 7 days
  5. If you were already playing the episode, tick Start at to make the link open at that timestamp
  6. Click Copy link, or Share on devices with a share sheet

Choosing Public shows a warning that anyone outside your workspace with the link can view the podcast, so public links suit external advisors and short-lived shares. You can adjust the audience or expiry and copy again in the same dialog.

What ends a link

A link stops working when its expiry passes, and recipients then see a message that the link is invalid or has expired. A link set to Never keeps working on its own. There is no revoke button for individual links, so we recommend short expiries for public links, and if a link must die early the fallback is deleting the meeting, which invalidates its links.

What recipients see

A members link asks the recipient to sign in to your workspace first and then plays. A public link plays straight away with no sign-in, and recipients never see your workspace, other episodes, or the source documents.
