Who can see and manage meetings and episodes

Briefings often quote sensitive figures, so access in Quorum Podcasts follows a simple principle: episodes are personal, and management belongs to the meeting's creator and to admins.

Seeing meetings

Workspace admins (tenant owners and tenant admins) see every meeting in the workspace. Everyone else sees only meetings they created or meetings they attend. If a meeting does not concern you, it simply does not appear on your dashboard, and opening its link answers as not found.

Seeing episodes

Within a meeting you can see:

  • Your own episode in full: audio, transcript, and share options.
  • As the meeting's creator, the status of every attendee's episode, so you know when the whole meeting is briefed. The content of other people's episodes stays private to them, and the page notes that an episode is personalised for its attendee and only visible to them.
  • As an admin, every episode in full.

A members share link is the deliberate exception: it lets any signed-in member of the workspace listen to the one episode it names. A public share link goes further and needs no account at all. Both are created intentionally by the episode's attendee or an admin.

Editing and managing

Only the meeting's creator or an admin can change meeting details, rerun the scan, change the file selection, or create the podcast. Everyone else has read access at most. Meeting details lock once the podcast is generating or completed, which protects the connection between what was scanned and what was generated.

Deleting

Only the creator or an admin can delete a meeting. Deletion removes the meeting and its episode audio permanently, and it also invalidates every share link that pointed at its episodes. If some audio files cannot be removed at that moment, the meeting is still deleted and the leftover cleanup issues are reported rather than blocking you.

Workspace settings and usage

Podcast settings and the Usage page are admin-only. Members see a friendly note pointing them to their personal Preferences instead. Calendar connections are likewise managed by admins, while the Upcoming page is open to every member and shows each person only the meetings they are invited to.
