Create your Quorum workspace

Your workspace is the home for your whole team on Quorum. Creating one takes about a minute, and you are signed in and working the moment you finish the form.

Before you start

You need a work email address and a password of at least 8 characters. If your company already has a Quorum workspace, ask an administrator to add you instead of creating a new one, so your podcasts and documents live in the same place as your team's.

Steps

1. Go to the sign-in page at account.quorumtech.ch and choose Create an account. The page heading changes to Create your account with the subtitle Set up your Quorum workspace.
2. Enter your Full name and Work email.
3. Choose a Password of at least 8 characters.
4. Enter your Company name. As you type, the form previews your workspace slug, for example "Acme AG" becomes acme-ag. The helper text below the field tells you exactly which slug you will get.
5. Select Create account.

About your workspace slug

The slug is the short, lowercase identifier your team types when signing in. It is built from your company name using letters, numbers, and hyphens, up to 64 characters. If your preferred slug is already taken, Quorum appends a short four character suffix and shows you the result before you submit, so there are no surprises. The helper text reads, for example, "acme is taken, so your tenant slug will be acme-x7k2".

What happens next

You become the workspace owner with the Owner and Admin roles, and you are signed in immediately. Quorum also sends a verification email to confirm you own your address. The link in that email stays valid for 48 hours, and you can request a fresh one at any time.

If you arrived from a paid plan button on our website, your workspace remembers the plan and billing cycle you picked. The dashboards will guide you back to checkout to complete payment, and your workspace activates as soon as the payment goes through. You can sign in and look around in the meantime.

Tips

Write down your workspace slug or share it with your team, because everyone enters it when they sign in. Quorum also remembers the last workspace each browser signed in to, so returning users usually find it prefilled.
