Plan prices and choosing the right plan
Every plan is metered in briefings: one personalised podcast episode for one attendee of one meeting. One meeting with six attendees is six briefings. Prices are in Swiss francs and reflect what currently applies, so always confirm on the pricing page or your plan page before deciding.

What each tier adds
- Lite includes per-attendee personalised episodes, AI document selection with the review screen, manual meeting creation, unlimited users, and community and email support.
- Team adds Microsoft 365 file import, Teams meeting sync, basic usage analytics, and priority email support. If you want meetings imported automatically from Teams calendars or files pulled from OneDrive and SharePoint, Team is the first tier that includes it.
- Business adds workspace branding, extended AI briefings, advanced usage analytics, and priority support.
- Scale adds compliance guardrails, priority compute, API access, and assisted onboarding.
- Enterprise adds committed volume pricing, SSO and SAML, a dedicated Customer Success Manager with 24/7 support, custom integrations, and SLA, DPA and invoicing arrangements, with cloud, private cloud and on-premises deployment options.
Working out the cheapest plan
Estimate your monthly briefings (meetings per month multiplied by attendees per meeting), then compare the real total for each candidate plan: the base price plus any overage.
Example with 15 briefings a month: Lite costs CHF 19 plus 5 extra briefings at CHF 2.00, so CHF 29 in total, while Team costs CHF 199. Lite is far cheaper, and Team only becomes interesting when you need its features (like Microsoft 365 import) or your volume approaches its allowance.
Example with 100 briefings a month: Lite would cost CHF 19 plus 90 briefings at CHF 2.00, so CHF 199, exactly the price of Team, which includes 120 briefings and the Team features. At that volume Team is the better choice.
Going over your allowance never blocks briefing generation. Overage is simply billed per extra briefing at your plan's rate, and you can check current usage any time on the Usage page in the Podcasts manager.
