Sign out on every device

If you have signed in on a shared computer, lost a laptop, or simply want a clean slate, you can end every one of your Quorum sessions with two clicks.

Steps

1. Open the Account app and go to My Account.
2. In the Security card, find Sign out everywhere, described as "Ends your session on every device and browser, including this one."
3. Select Sign out everywhere and confirm.

Every session in this workspace ends, including the one you are using, and you land back on the sign-in page with your workspace remembered so signing back in is quick.

How Quorum sessions work

Because the Quorum apps share one sign-in, signing out normally in any app signs you out of Podcasts, Storage, and Account together on that browser. Sign out everywhere goes further and reaches every browser and device where you are signed in to this workspace.

A session lasts up to 30 days without a fresh sign-in, renewing itself quietly while you use the apps. When a session is ended from elsewhere, open tabs notice quickly: the moment you return to a tab it checks your session, and if an administrator removes you from a workspace, open dashboards are signed out immediately.

When Quorum signs you out on its own

Quorum ends sessions automatically in a few situations, always to protect your account:

• You change your password, which signs out all your other devices.
• An admin resets your password or resends your invite, which signs you out everywhere.
• An admin disables your account or removes you from the workspace.
• Your session is used from a different country than the one it was created in, which Quorum treats as a possible stolen session.
• Your 30 days simply run out.

In every case, signing back in with your current credentials puts you right back to work.
