Your account and workspace at a glance

The My Account page in the Account app gathers everything about you and your workspace in one place, so you always know where to look.

Opening the page

Sign in at account.quorumtech.ch. My Account is the first item in the sidebar. Workspace owners and admins also see a Users item for managing members, while members see just their own account.

Profile

The top card shows your display name and email address. If you want either changed, a workspace owner or admin can update them for you from the Users page.

Workspace

The Workspace card shows three things:

  • Company, the name of your workspace.
  • Workspace slug, the short identifier your team types at sign-in.
  • Your roles, shown as badges such as Owner, Admin, Member, or Service bot.

The sidebar of every Quorum app shows the same identity line, your workspace name and your primary role, so you always know which workspace you are working in.

Your Quorum apps

This card links to the full platform: Podcasts for pre-meeting briefing podcasts, Account for account and workspace management, and Storage for company files and documents. Because sign-in is shared, each link opens with you already signed in.

Security

Two actions live here:

  • Change password updates your password and signs out your other devices, keeping the one you are on.
  • Sign out everywhere ends your session on every device and browser, including the current one.

For new workspaces

A freshly created workspace goes through a short admin onboarding: connecting your document storage, setting up branding, and inviting your team. The dashboards guide the workspace admin through each step in order, and everyone else can start listening as soon as their own profile is set up.
