Import meetings from your Teams calendar
Once Teams calendars are connected, the Upcoming page lists the meetings Quorum has found as a day-by-day agenda. Importing one prefills the meeting wizard, so creating a briefing podcast for a real meeting takes seconds instead of retyping everything.
What you see
Every member can open the page. Admins see the workspace's upcoming meetings, and everyone else sees only meetings they are personally invited to, which is exactly what they already have in their own Outlook. Each row shows the start time, duration, title, an icon for online meetings, and a count such as "12 invited, 5 in workspace".
The badge at the bottom shows the look-ahead window, for example "Next 30 days". Meetings further out appear as those days approach.
If your workspace has chosen not to store meeting titles, rows read "Meeting (titles are not stored)" and you name each meeting yourself on import.
Importing a meeting
- Find the meeting and press Import.
- The wizard opens with the title, time, duration, and attendees already filled in. Only invitees who are members of your workspace are added as attendees, because an episode is generated and billed per attendee and only a Quorum account can receive one. When some invitees are external, a notice tells you how many were left off so the shorter list is never a surprise.
- Review the details, add goals, and continue through the scan and file review exactly like any other meeting.
Importing is a navigation, not a creation. Nothing exists until you press Next in the wizard, so you can back out freely.
Meetings cannot be imported twice
When a meeting has been imported, its row is greyed out and shows an Imported button that jumps to the created meeting. If two admins race to import the same occurrence, exactly one wins and the other sees "That calendar meeting has already been imported." This protection exists because each import generates and bills one episode per attendee.
The Import button is disabled when none of the invitees are workspace members, since there would be nobody to generate an episode for.
Why a meeting might not appear
Quorum deliberately never stores certain items, so they never reach this page: cancelled meetings, anything marked private, confidential, or personal, time blocked as free, all-day events, and meetings already in the past. If a meeting you just created is missing, a workspace admin can refresh the import from the Connections page, which only admins can open. Scan my calendar reads that admin's own calendar, so a member's missing meeting needs Scan everyone instead. Meetings deleted in Outlook disappear from the list within about 3 days, and rows for meetings that have ended are removed a few hours after they finish.
