Sign in to Quorum

One sign-in gives you every Quorum app. You sign in on the central page hosted by the Account app, and Podcasts, Storage, and Account all recognise you from then on.

Steps

1. Open any Quorum app. If you are not signed in, you land on the sign-in page with the heading Sign in.
2. Enter your Workspace. This is your Quorum tenant slug, the short lowercase name your company chose at sign-up, such as acme-ag. If this browser has signed in before, the field is prefilled for you.
3. Enter your Email and Password.
4. Select Sign in. You return to the app and page you started from.

Signing into a pinned workspace

When a workspace is already known, the page shows Signing into your-workspace with a Wrong workspace? link. Select the link to clear it and type a different workspace slug.

If sign-in fails

Quorum shows Invalid email, password, or tenant whenever any of the three does not match. Check all of them, because for your security the message does not say which one was wrong.

After 5 failed password attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes and sign-in shows Account is temporarily locked. The lock clears on its own, so wait a quarter of an hour and try again. Repeated failed attempts from the same address are also rate limited, in which case you will see Too many login attempts. Try again later.

If you still cannot get in, a workspace administrator can reset your password from the Users page in the Account app. That reset signs you out on every device, and you sign back in with the new password.

First sign-in on an admin-created account

If an administrator created your account, you sign in with the temporary password from your invitation email. Quorum then takes you to a Set your password screen where you choose a password of your own before continuing. The temporary password stops working as soon as you set your own.

Staying signed in

Once signed in, you stay signed in on that browser for up to 30 days without re-entering your password. Quorum quietly renews your session in the background while you keep using the apps.
