Workspace podcast settings

Podcast settings define how every episode in your workspace sounds and what it may talk about. They are managed by tenant admins under Podcast settings in the sidebar. Only workspace admins can open these settings. Members who visit the page see a short notice pointing them to their personal Preferences instead. Changes apply to new episodes immediately.

Until an admin saves the form once, the platform defaults apply, and a notice invites you to save once to pin them for your workspace.

Show identity

  • Podcast name is how the hosts introduce every episode. The default is "Pulse". Up to 60 characters.
  • Language sets the language scripts are written and spoken in. The default is English. Episodes fully switch, including intros and handoffs, while proper nouns and quoted figures stay as they appear in the source material.
  • Tagline is optional, up to 200 characters, and the intro may weave it in naturally.

Company profile

Company name, Industry, and Location give the hosts context about your organisation, each up to 120 characters.

Delivery

  • Style offers five options. Conversational is a warm back-and-forth between hosts. Informational is a focused briefing with minimal banter. Executive brief leads with the bottom line, tight and actionable. Storytelling tells the material as a narrative thread. Energetic is brisk and punchy.
  • Coverage depth offers Concise (essentials only), Standard (material facts with context), and Deep dive (background and implications too). Depth controls coverage, never a duration target. Length always follows the content.
  • Formality offers Casual, Balanced, and Formal.
  • Humour offers None, Light, and Playful. Even playful hosts keep every fact accurate.

Content rules

  • Off-limits topics (up to 2000 characters) are barred from every episode. The hosts never mention them, quote figures about them, or hint at their contents, even when source documents cover them. If barred material is central to a document, the hosts may only note that a topic is not covered in the briefing.
  • Closing disclaimer (up to 1000 characters) is spoken by a host at the end of every episode in natural spoken form, with the meaning kept intact.
  • Standing instructions (up to 2000 characters) apply to every episode and take precedence over listeners' personal custom instructions wherever the two conflict. A common example is naming conventions, such as always referring to customers as clients.

Saving

Press Save settings. Podcast name, company name, and language must be non-empty. A success toast confirms that new episodes will use the settings immediately. Episodes already generated are not re-rendered.
