Quorum plans and billing cycles

Quorum plans are metered in briefings, so you always know exactly what you are paying for. One briefing is one personalised podcast episode for one attendee of one meeting. A meeting with six attendees therefore uses six briefings.

The plans

  • Lite is a cost-effective way to get started, with 10 briefings per month pooled across your workspace and room for unlimited users.
  • Team suits teams that want every meeting briefed, with 120 briefings per month plus Microsoft 365 file import and Teams meeting sync.
  • Business is built for businesses that run on meetings, with 400 briefings per month plus workspace branding, extended AI briefings, and advanced usage analytics.
  • Scale serves organisations briefing at scale, with 1,200 briefings per month plus compliance guardrails, priority compute, and API access.
  • Enterprise is for teams that need 2,500 or more briefings a month, SSO, or a security review. Enterprise is arranged directly with our sales team rather than through online checkout.

Each plan includes everything from the plan below it, so upgrading only ever adds capability.

How your allowance works

Your briefing allowance is pooled at workspace level and resets every month. Anyone in the workspace can use it, which means you never have to juggle per-person quotas. You can see current usage on the Usage page in the Podcasts manager, and we never block a briefing mid-month. If you go over, the extra briefings are simply billed at your plan's overage rate.

Monthly and yearly billing

Every self-serve plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing covers twelve months in one payment at a discount compared to paying month by month, and the pricing page shows the saving next to the billing toggle so you can compare before you choose.

Finishing checkout

When you choose a paid plan at sign-up, your workspace remembers that choice until payment completes. If you open a Quorum dashboard before finishing payment, Quorum takes you back to the checkout for the exact plan and billing cycle you picked, so you can complete it without starting over. Once payment goes through, your workspace is activated and the dashboards open normally.
