Getting answers in the Quorum Help Center

The Help Center is the fastest way to get an answer about Quorum, whether you prefer to search, browse, or just ask. It holds our published guides for everything on the platform, from your first briefing podcast to workspace and file management.

Searching

Type what you are looking for into the search box at the top of the Help Center home page. Results narrow as you type, matching titles, summaries, topics, and tags, so a couple of words is usually enough.

Browsing by topic

Below the search box, articles are grouped by topic, and a row of topic buttons lets you focus on one area at a time. Click a topic to see only its articles, and click it again or choose "All topics" to see everything. Each article card shows a short summary so you can tell whether it answers your question before opening it.

Inside an article you will also find a "Related articles" section at the bottom with other guides from the same topic, plus the date the article was last updated so you know how current it is.

Asking the support chat

The round chat button in the bottom right corner opens Quorum Support, and it is available on the Help Center and inside the Quorum apps.

  1. Click the chat button to open the panel.
  2. Type your question and press Enter or the send button.
  3. The assistant looks the answer up and replies in a moment.

The assistant answers using our published help articles, so its replies reflect how Quorum actually works rather than guesses. Under each answer you will see a few suggested follow-up questions, and you can tap one to keep the conversation going. If the articles do not cover your question, the assistant says so honestly and points you to your Quorum contact instead of inventing an answer.

A few things to know:

  • You do not need to be signed in to use the chat.
  • The chat answers questions about Quorum. Inside the Quorum apps it may greet you by name, but it cannot make changes to your account for you.
  • If you send a lot of messages within a few minutes, we may ask you to wait briefly before continuing.
  • If you see "We cannot reach support right now", the chat service is briefly unavailable. Your message is not lost from view, and you can try again in a moment.
