Switching between Quorum apps

Quorum is one platform made of a few focused apps, and you can move between them from anywhere without signing in again. Because your session is shared across the whole platform, signing in once signs you into every Quorum app.

The Quorum apps

  • Podcasts is where your pre-meeting briefing podcasts live. This is the heart of Quorum, turning your meeting documents into a personalised audio briefing for each attendee.
  • Account is your account and workspace home. It is also where the central sign-in lives, so this is the app you will see whenever Quorum asks you to sign in.
  • Storage holds your company files and documents, the source material your briefings are built from.

Using the app switcher

Every Quorum dashboard shows the same switcher, so it always works the same way wherever you are.

  1. Look at the top right corner of the header and find the grid icon. Hovering it shows the label "Switch Quorum app".
  2. Click the icon. A small panel titled "Quorum services" opens with a tile for each app: Podcasts, Account, and Storage.
  3. Click the app you want. The app you are currently in is highlighted and stays put if you click it, and any other tile takes you straight there.

Each tile also shows a short description when you hover it, so you can check what an app is for before you jump.

You stay signed in

Moving between apps never asks you to sign in again, because all Quorum apps share one session. The same is true in reverse. If you sign out in any Quorum app, you are signed out of all of them, which keeps a shared computer safe.

If an app will not open

If a tile takes you to a page that says the service is unreachable, that app's backing service is briefly unavailable and the page will retry on its own. See the article on the "service is unreachable" page for what to expect and what to check.
